K11 - Mall & Lifestyle App Design
Overview
I led a 4-person team in redesigning the mall & lifestyle mobile app, focusing on improving user experience. My role involved leading product design and research efforts. We enhanced the app with a complete visual upgrade, and simplified features like onboarding, membership , directory and more. The result was a highly engaging app that saw increased user satisfaction and usage.
